Introduction

The Cloudflare Zero Trust Client offers a streamlined and secure connection to the ISAB network, ensuring your data and actions are protected. Follow the instructions below to install, configure, and troubleshoot your client.

Installation

Windows

  1. Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements:
  2. Download the WARP client from:
  3. Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Once installed, open the Zero Trust Client from the Start menu.

macOS

  1. Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements:
  2. Download the WARP client from:
  3. Open the downloaded .dmg file and drag the application to your Applications folder.
  4. Open the Zero Trust Client from your Applications folder.

Linux

  1. Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements:
  2. Download and install the client from the package repository.

iOS

  1. Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements:
  2. Download the client from the iOS App Store or search for "Cloudflare One Agent".

Android

  1. Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements:
  2. Download the client from the Google Play store or search for "Cloudflare One Agent".

ChromeOS

  1. Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements:
  2. Download the client from the Google Play store or search for "Cloudflare One Agent".

Configuration

  1. Launch the Cloudflare Zero Trust Client.
  2. Navigate to the settings panel by clicking on the gear icon.
  3. Enter the required configuration details provided by the ISAB Network Information Centre (NIC).
  4. Save the settings and restart the client if necessary.

Login Process

If you are not already enrolled in the Zero Trust service:

  1. Contact [email protected] using your personal email address.
  2. Include your name and @isab.run email address in the email.
  3. The Network Information Centre will add you to the eligible user list after verifying your identity.

If you are already in the Zero Trust service:

  1. Input your @isab.run email in the input box and wait for a 6-digit verification code.
  2. Input the verification code to access the service.
